Applying for a Grant
Your application should include the following information:
- Name of the charity and its registered charity number
- Name of the contact person with the charity
- Complete mailing address and contact phone numbers
- Email address (if available)
- Outline of the specific project or projects requesting funding
- Amount you hope to receive
- How you will acknowledge the donation
Completed applications may be mailed or emailed to the CBF Office.
