A comprehensive Code of Disciplinary Regulations has been put in place. It closely aligns with the ACBL Code of Disciplinary Regulations.

In conjunction with this, Complaints procedures have been developed to specify the process for making a complaint or reporting a problem.

The procedures in this document outline the process of reporting a problem at the table or making a complaint. We hope that this document will assist in knowing where to direct questions and complaints, and identify to whom it should be submitted. We trust that this document will make it clear.
