La FCB est \u00e0 la recherche d&#8217;un.e adjoint.e de direction pour effectuer une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de t\u00e2ches administratives afin de soutenir son conseil d\u2019administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Aper\u00e7u du poste :<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;adjoint.e de direction g\u00e8re les activit\u00e9s quotidiennes de la FCB et est la principale personne de liaison de l&#8217;organisation, s\u2019occupant par cons\u00e9quent de la communication avec les membres et les autres organisations impliqu\u00e9es dans le bridge au Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Principales responsabilit\u00e9s :<\/em><\/strong><strong><em><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>G\u00e9rer le flux d&#8217;informations en temps opportun, y compris la correspondance par courriel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9parer et formater l\u2019information pour les communications internes (conseil d&#8217;adminis-tration) et externes (membres de la FCB).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9parer le mat\u00e9riel n\u00e9cessaire pour les num\u00e9ros bimensuel de Bridge Canada et pour le site web de la FCB.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assurer la liaison avec les personnes-ressources de l&#8217;American Contract Bridge League (ACBL) sur les questions relatives au bridge au Canada, y compris le calendrier des parties, les sanctions et les frais, les r\u00e9sultats et les points de ma\u00eetre, les listes de membres et de clubs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9diger les proc\u00e8s-verbaux des r\u00e9unions du conseil d&#8217;administration et de l&#8217;assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale annuelle de la FCB.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tenir un registre de toutes les motions et d\u00e9cisions prises par le conseil de la FBC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organiser les Championnats canadiens de bridge qui se d\u00e9roulent \u00e0 chaque ann\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organiser la r\u00e9union annuelle du conseil d&#8217;administration et l&#8217;AGA de la FCB.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aider \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration du budget annuel et des \u00e9tats financiers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Superviser tous les aspects des parties sp\u00e9ciales de bridge de la FCB (Ma\u00eetres-Novices, Fondation, Sectionnel dans les clubs (STAC)).
